Program Materials:
The Georgia Library of Personal Injury Forms, published by Daily Report Books, a division of ALM LLC, is a catalog of forms, divided by subject and numbered accordingly, that users can adapt to their own needs/practice. The book is divided into 16 chapters preceded by a summary/explanation of every form found in that chapter. Each book comes with a CD-ROM containing all of the forms in Microsoft Word, numbered, hyperlinked and accessible from the table of contents. Attendees have the option to receive this book for $170, a retail value of $179.
