About ICLE

Part VIII, Chapter 1, Rule 8-104(C)(3) of the Rules of the State Bar of Georgia exempts any active member of the State Bar of Georgia of the age of seventy (70) from the continuing education requirements of the Rules.  The Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (ICLE) is pleased to offer any active member of the State Bar of Georgia over the age of seventy (70) to opportunity to attend any ICLE seminar or institute.  No registration fee will be charged and no Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be awarded to individual attorneys attending under this special provision.  Seminar materials distributed to paid attendees may be provided on a complimentary basis, subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed.  The only charge will be ICLE's cost for food and beverages at the seminar, if the attending senior attorney so elects during the registration process.
